1. Services
All services are custom and scoped individually. They may include strategy, copywriting, automation setup, and ongoing email campaign management.
2. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Work begins once the initial payment is received. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide timely access to necessary assets (email list, brand materials, platform logins, etc.). Delays in delivery of assets may affect project timelines or results.
4. Ownership
After full payment, all custom work we create for you is yours. We may showcase anonymized versions of the work unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Termination
Either party can end the agreement with written notice.
