We’re looking for a talented Graphics Designer to create fast, personalized visual assets (lead magnets) that stop cold prospects in their tracks and get them to book sales calls.
This is NOT a “make it look pretty & wait for approvals” design role.
This is a sales role with a heavier emphasis on quantity than quality.

Your Role
As an Outbound Graphics Designer at Chromex Marketing, you’ll work directly with the Founder and the Sales Department to create personalized lead magnets for cold prospects.
You’ll receive leads from our Revenue Development Sourcer and design visual illustrations based on direction from the Head of Sales.
The copy and wireframes for most assets will already be prepared — your job is to bring them to life visually and deliver them fast.
You must have a solid command of Figma and a clear understanding that sales is a numbers game — consistency, speed, and iteration win.

Ideal Candidate

Proficient in Figma, with strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency

Requirements
Each month, you’ll be assigned a set number of leads — your Monthly Quota — and will be responsible for meeting that target consistently. Hitting your quota is mandatory, as your base salary is tied directly to its completion.
Your quota may vary month to month, and the time it takes you to complete it will depend on your speed and proficiency in Figma.
For a designer with a strong grasp of Figma, 8–10 hours per day, 5 days a week is typically sufficient to meet the quota.
Your work directly fuels the growth of our firm and it's Outbound Channel, and because we operate in a highly competitive industry, every design must reflect competence, speed, and attention to detail.
Compensation
You’ll receive 35,000–40,000 BDT per month as your base salary. As mentioned, your base salary is tied directly to your monthly quota.
The number of hours you work, the days you choose to work, and the schedule you follow are completely up to you.
Our working style is highly flexible — as long as you consistently meet your quota targets.

In addition to your base salary, you’ll also earn commissions for every lead that turns into a client. (See the Commissions section for details.)
Commissions
For every lead that converts into a client, you — along with the rest of the Sales Team — will earn a percentage of that client’s setup fee as commission.
Commission amounts vary since our pricing depends on each brand’s size, niche, and marketing budget.
However, for reference, you can typically expect to earn 10,000–25,000 BDT per client that you help bring in.
Our current outbound system averages 2–3 client conversions per 100 leads, meaning consistent performance and speed directly translate into meaningful monthly commission income on top of your base salary.
This structure ensures that the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn — your results define your rewards.
